Using ePORT

  • Where can I get a user manual on ePORT?

    All ePORT user manuals are available in the eLibrary. eLibrary is accessible under the ’Help’ tab at the top of the screen.

  • Can I use someone else's User Id?

    No! This is not permitted and may result in all ePORT access privileges being revoked.

     

  • Why do I get the error message "Your certificate has expired"?

    This indicates that your browser version is outdated and does not support certain ePORT security features. To remedy this problem, you must upgrade your browser to Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x.

     

  • What types of ePORT users are there?

    User Users can access, view, and delete only the reports they have created.
    Supervisor Supervisors can access, view, and delete reports they have created and any reports created by any other user.
    Company Administrator Company Administrators can recertify, add, delete, edit user IDs, add or delete subscriber numbers, add or delete report profiles, and add or delete ePORT services.
